Compare two job offers

See how two offers stack up — market percentile, verdict, and estimated in-hand pay — side by side.

Offer A

Offer B

These comparisons aren't saved or added to MySalaryDetails's benchmark data — only real submissions via the main estimator or salary map contribute to that.

Frequently asked questions

How does the job offer comparison tool work?+

Enter the role, location, company, experience, and CTC for two offers (or your current job vs. a new offer). Each one runs through the same benchmarking engine as MySalaryDetails's main salary estimator — you get a market percentile, verdict, and estimated in-hand pay for both, side by side.

Does comparing offers here save my data?+

No — offer comparisons are computed on the fly and never saved or added to MySalaryDetails's crowdsourced benchmark data. Only real submissions through the main estimator or the anonymous salary map contribute to that dataset.

Can I use this to compare my current job against a new offer?+

Yes — enter your current role/company/CTC as Offer A and the new offer's details as Offer B, and compare percentile, market range, and take-home pay for both.

Which number matters more — CTC or percentile?+

Percentile tells you where an offer sits relative to the market for that specific role, city, and company tier — a lower CTC at a smaller city or company tier can still be a strong percentile, while a higher CTC in an expensive city might be below market. Look at both, along with the in-hand pay, before deciding.
